What is the best handheld console /v/?
Does ps vita actually have enough good games(nippon shit etc.) ?
And is ds still relevant or 3ds is just better in all fields?
Vita is the best for weeb shit, 3DS is the best for more balanced tastes.
I hacked my 3DS and all I play is Monster Hunter.
Vita isn't completely hacked (and I wouldn't hack it) but I find myself buying games every month.

I like the vita a bit more, but 3ds for monhun. Sony is retarded for dropping support on the vita. It fills the niche jap game need tho.
3DS is good for poorfags because you can pirate everything.
Vita supplements a 3DS nicely with worthwhile clones of many key games and some unique games of its own.
Really if you have the money to spend you should get both.

Not natively, as it only accept 3DS and DS cartridges, but there're some Game Boy/Color games on the eShop.
You can use a GB/C emulator if you have Homebrew tho.
