Most of the people online are pretty crappy at the game actually, JE SUIS MONTE was a meme for a reason. You can get away without knowing it all in 4U considering multiplayer hunts can be completed really fast. Even players from here know that everyone was bad at the game at one point, as long as it's all in good fun.
The times where you'd have to know your shit would be Lv140 guild quests and time attack. Those are practically endgame things.
