I don't understand why you wouldn't just emulate the games on your PC. Just about anything can handle emulation up to the PS1. My PC is like 17 years old and it has no trouble with PS1 and earlier. Ouya is one of the saddest and most pathetic things on the market, I can't imagine anyone wanting to get one.

I bought a nexus player for streaming plex to my living room and netflix, just plugged in a 360 controller and I was able to play PS1/N64 with no fuss.
