I'm giving Sony a 9/10. Their presentation was excellent and they won the damn thing almost immediately with God of War. The presentation remained excellent throughout with some excellent quality first party exclusives.
Microsoft gets a 7/10 for a lackluster presentation but some interesting titles. Making most of their A-listers available on PC does not help them though as many gamers who have PC's and no Xbox will opt for the PC version.

I actually own an xbone, and am really happy with it going to PC. Not going to buy a PC, but am happy to have more players, especially the ability to play forza with my friends who have PCs but arn't really gamers (but who always play forza when they come over). People who want games to be exclusives are autistics who think something is only good if others can't have it. More players is a good thing, especially when they are all playing on the same ecosystem and hardware becomes a lesser issue.

Horizon, GOW, and the VR lineup all showed gameplay. Just because the graphics are good doesn't mean they're somehow less interactive.
The only blatantly non-interactive game is going to be the Quantic Dream: Agent Autism game, but it's one game out of an entire lineup. Kojima's the exception to the rule, even though his games are full of cutscenes they only work as vidya and we can't ignore how intense and unique the gameplay and boss fights are in MGS and ZOE.

In terms of entertainment, Sony nailed the conference itself. Easily one of the best ones i've seen other than the jungle blond having a seizure on the mic. The whole thing was a VR shill pretty much. It was 'Brown knosing - the conference', instead of actually giving you exclusives this fall, we're just gonna butter you up.

Microsoft - 5/10 - I liked a lot of what they showcased, but it was shit outside of those. Would like to see more of Recore, the pirate game by Rare looks great and a new Dead Rising.
Nintendo - 2/10 - Literally just another Pokemon game and another Zelda game. Nothing new. Zelda doesn't look bad, but it looks generic as fuck compared to many WRPGs and open world games that have done it all before. I like the art style and will keep an eye on it, but people claiming it "won E3" single handed or that Nintendo had a good presence there are batshit crazy.

This, I fell for it during the fact but in retrospect it was pretty mediocre. God of War was nice at the time but it was cinematic movie trash with shitty hellblade-tier gameplay. Days Gone was a TLoU Clone with motorcycles. Detroit was just Heavy Rain 2.0, that is self explanatory. The game that showed off the best, most varied, gameplay was a fucking multiplat.
MS- I did not watch it, but they had some interesting console announcements. No games that interested me in the show. 6/10
Sony- Bored me tons. Too much movie. nearly no games that interested me. Not sold on VR. Wanted to see Tifa in Final Fantasy Remake, that Crash fake out. 5/10

I honestly think anyone who gave Sony a higher rating Sony over Microsoft is a huge fanboy. If you looked at it solely for gameplay, the only one that was legitimately interesting were God of War and Horizon, and Horizon with it's frame rate drops looked like being limited to PS4 is more of a hindrance than a blessing. Same could be said about Microsoft with Scalebound, but I'm pretty sure that's coming to their Xbox PC app.
