Do you care about 4K Blu-ray / streaming? If no, PS4 obviously as it's still more powerful and will still run games better than the Xbox One S. It also won't have its entirely library available on other platforms.

Xbone exclusives are better than PS4 if we're talking just xbone vs PS4, but if we have PC as an option, Playstation is better as a secondary console

when you include quality, ps4 has the same number as xb1. They are both equal in value right now. It just boils down to bias opinion or friend persuasion.
im not bias against ps4. I work in marketing for games. I want a ps4, but their games are boring and not very attractive to me. Much like vita. Only reason id drop $100 on it is to mod psp games on it. I'd never buy anything for it cause it dont have anything. The best rpgs I can get on ps3 for a dollar or two cheaper with same graphics.
