Why are there no black, arab, asian antagonists most of the time? Because most of the time when someone attempts to create a nice story, they only include what springs up first and comes out best. This just so happens to be people and themes relating to their own culture, and not of people halfway across the globe. This is why when characters are included exclusively to pander it's shit.
The gender or culture of a character in any given story should not be up for debate at all. At the end of the day devs should be able to make characters whatever they want them to be without a bunch of fat women complaining. If they want their entire cast to be hetero white dudes that is their prerogative. Nobody is forcing you to buy it. The game doesn't owe anybody inclusion if they don't want to do so. It's not any better or worse than a game where everyone is black or asian or mollusks or whatever.
