Like the X-Men being Celestial experiments, the Inhumans are Kree experiments. Inhumanity, however, can be controlled. Someone would only transform when exposed to the terrigen mists or terrigen crystals. They'd then enter into a chrysalis-type thing and come out later either transformed or deformed. Those without the gene were referred to as "Alpha Primitives" and if they didn't die, they were basically used as slaves, since they were seen as mistakes and embarrassments. The Inhumans don't have the same oppression thing the X-Men do, at least they didn't always. They were mainly isolated from a lot of the world and didn't care to interact with anyone else. They have huge ties to the Fantastic Four though. Crystal, who is basically a qt redhead Avatar, used to date Johnny Storm. She also has a daughter with Quicksilver. The Inhumans used to reside on Atillan, which has gone from being in space to being just over New York to being destroyed. The Inhumans in a way led by the Royal Family, which consists of Black Bolt, Medusa, Crystal, Gorgon, and Lockjaw. Medusa has really long, controllable, and strong hair (sounds stupid but she's alright). Crystal, as mentioned earlier, is a hot Avatar. Gorgon is pretty strong and fast. Lockjaw is a teleporting superdog. And Black Bolt, the king, is an extremely powerful motherfucker. Nigga is one of the hardest hitting flying bricks. He's got telepathy and energy manipulation on top of super strength and durability and all that shit. His big power that people know him for is that he can literally level cities with a fucking whisper. He can't talk because of it unless he's somewhere special that cancels his powers. But you don't want to fuck with Black Bolt.

Do yourself a favor and don't read it. Bendis is shit as usual. Ewing is running cleanup on his own books, but that's what Ewing does. It's a shame he has to do cleanup, but he's a damn good writer. Anyway, the Fantastic Four are still gone. Johnny, while hooking up with Medusa but probably not for much longer, is on the Uncanny Avengers. Thing is out in space with the Guardians. Reed, Sue, and the kids are still creating universes. They'll probably be back when they decide that their work is done, but they're not dead. It's just a way for Marvel to write out the F4, explain multiverses, and say that they can bring the F4 back when they want with a little bullshit.

So the one shot established a universe with neat things like Frank Castle being a detective and Matt Murdock being the Kingpin. The ongoing has done nothing with all of that but HAS given us a black female Captain America who fought in World War II.
Meanwhile the good female alt-universe Spider from that event, Peni Parker/SP//dr (Spider-Man if it was some weird mashup of Evangelion, GitS and pop idol shit), barely played a role in Spider-Verse and hasn't shown up sense and instead of trying to get Gerard Way to do more Marvel let him go recreate Doom Patrol for DC.

Crazy how you could have the exact opposite impressions as I did. All the games you listed had me excited, especially GoW. I feel like it just showed a tutorial to get you into the atmosphere of the new series, and it's potential is insane. Especially with the track-record of the scale of that series, it can only get better. That's probably the most boring part of the entire game, just the introduction to moving about with some little shit that may be top tier by the end.
I don't know why people could be disappointed GoW is changing up the game, they've had the exact same formula for every game so far and it's nice to see a new take on it, and the changes don't look like things were really taken away, just added.

the first spiderman 2 game was actually fun for its time. open world, web swinging was exactly how they promised in OP, challenging bosses and stages where you can fight hoards of difficult mobs, and voices were great. plus a neat skill tree to upgrade a lot of stuff where everything was useful in my memory.
