If I had my way, I'd hire a different via for Peter, and one for Spidey. Spidey himself has admitted he speaks different in costume, and Captain Stacy in. The earlier runs was in disbelief that it was him because he didn't sound like himself.
It's a small detail, but I think it'd make for a world of difference.

Both are fine, but I do like Sucker Punch better and they really nailed superhero traversal systems in the inFamous games already so they would have made more sense. Insomniac are a good dev though and I think it's in safe hands. I just hope this means inFamous 4 is on the way, those are some of my absolute favorite games and now we don't know what SP is doing.

Literally the only two amazing (pun unintended) spider-man games (spider-man 2 and ultimate) were done by Treyarch. Treyarch is also responsible for 3/5 of the great spider-man games (spider-man 1, web of shadows, and the 7th gen spider-man 3 games). The other 2, the PS1 spider-man and Shattered Dimensions 1, were made by other studios.
All the other games were shit. I have no hopes for this game, because every time I've ever had hopes for a spider-man game I've been let down.

Fox controls X-Men along with Fantastic Four. Marvel can't buy if Fox isn't interested in selling, and they aren't. Marvel would have to offer an absurd amount that they aren't willing to for Fox to be amenable to it. Only reason Sony is working with Marvel with Spidey is because ASM2 flopped. The X-Men films are much more successful.

The only reason that Sunset Overdrive wasn't a PS4 exclusive is that during negotiations, Sony insisted that they'd want to own the IP if they were to fund it. Insomniac didn't agree to this, so they went to Microsoft, who agreed to fund it and let Insomniac keep the IP, but in return it'd have to be an Xbone exclusive.

Sony doesn't own them though so anyone can hire them if they want. They won't work with EA again after Fuse though I don't think and from what I understand they aren't too keen on MS either. Trank was reportedly high on coke 24/7, impossible to work with, uncooperative, confrontational, constantly trying to make changes to shit and gave no one any sort of coherent direction. I mean, the producer Simon Kinberg initially got him a job on one of the Star Wars spin-off movies but ended up firing him from that after seeing what was happening and then took over reshoots and editing of the film only months before release. It was apparently so much of a mess that they put out the best possible cut in the few weeks they had to unfuck it. The guy who played Doctor Doom actually had all but 2 of his scenes cut and the rest they had to use a stand-in for reshoots because he couldn't come back due to schedule conflicts.
