Most Zarya Reinhardt duels start with the Reinhardt charging out of his team's line, which is where Zarya comes in anyway. She blocks it, gets the advantage and helps pick off the reinhardt, making sure to stay away and let him attack another target (normally the healer), who she also shields during his slow swing, giving you 100 charge right there.

Zarya with maximum charge or high energy can melt anybody, if the ult is ready and your shield's off cooldown or you are protected by something else, you can nuke the whole enemy team by yourself if there are no barriers.
But without energy, she can't do a lot against Reinhardt. I think her beam does indeed out damage him, but if he's smart, he waits out your shield and then pins you with the charge and finishes you off with the hammer. I have killed many Zaryas like this, I guess some of them didn't know how to play and others I got lucky with the charge.

Then the Zarya wasn't using her shields right most likely, like you say. Zarya is a great counter to Reinhardt, in that the stalemate that Reinhardt causes is perfect for charging her gun, and he shields are equally great for ruining a Reinhardt charge (which also gets her charged).
If you can catch her off guard once her shield has just run out and charge her then you can kill her, but that's the same as with almost any hero line up, they are all vulnerable right as their cooldowns on their "get the fuck out of there" ability start

I like the game alot when I play with my group of friends. But something annoying is how many characters to choose from that are useful.
Also most people are really bad at staying the payload.
widowmaker is useless in that even if she does great she is never on the point and is only good for chokepoints. when they break throgh you have to retreat to the next chokepoint or expose yourself. Hanzo is alittle more versatile but I still dont like him against a reinhart team.
theres 2 supports mercy and lucio, mercy I think is good for a payload attack or koth maps but at least with lucio you can coordinate pushes and get kills easier his damage is underated.
rienhart is the only true tank. zayra is good too just not a real tank. dva is useless is just more ult feeder then roadhog. roadhog is great against shitty teams. The rest of the dps is arbitrary

Shield blocks hook.
Use your charge on a point blank target(preferably the Hog) to avoid being hooked out of it. A failed medium or long charge against Roadhog is almost guaranteed death.
Be prepared to fall back if he decides to melee you through his shield. He's counting on 600 + 300 hp to make you blink. Fall back swinging or point blank charge him but don't stand there and take it. If he's in melee with you he can walk through your shield and hook you in the side to force it down for the rest of his team.
Otherwise you're pretty even if it's scrap gun vs melee. Whoever strafes harder and is worse at 180 mouse sensitivity twitches loses.
Scrap gun kills Rein in about 3 point blank shots through armor.
Only shield his ult if you trust your team to kill him. I'll use Whole Hog on actively shielding Rein's all the time because it usually gets a multi-kill. Otherwise charge to pin or fall back.

Well, she has to use her shield some time, and if there's a teamfight going on most likely, you can catch her with the charge after it goes down and your barrier is already low, or protect your team with the barrier from her charged weapon. It depends on the situation, I have pinned Zaryas with the shield up and given her free charge as well as charging long enough for the shield to disappear again. A barrier can also save lives when trapped in her ult, depending which ult is used on them, also Reinhardt can charge out and pin someone. It won't save your team tho, so it too depends on the situation if that's useful to do.

No. A bad sniper is useless like in any game, but if they are halfway decent a Widow is a nightmare mainly because the game provides so many tools for her to cover her weaknesses that its really hard to take her down if her team is halfway decent. Add to the fact she gets wallhacks for her whole team which I feel is one of the best ults.
The downside of not being on objectives is offset by the fact that her killing power is so great. Also I feel you underestimate how close a Widow can be. She's decent at mid range with a skilled player and the charge time of her scope can make her a little scary to approach even in close range if she has wallhacks up.

McCree should be able to kill any target that has 250 health or below in a single flash+hammer if they have a good enough reaction time. So, about that new sniper hero. Personally I'd like to see them make her a female omnic. Her outfit should have a head-cover like in the picture and maybe a cape-like ghillie suit.
She would move around somewhat stealthily and she could briefly become fully transparent (nearly invisible, but you can see her movement at close range), allowing her to relocate safely.
For mobility, she can hold down space and charge up a long jump, with which she can reach most sniper perches.
Her second weapon is a pistol similar to D.Va's, her rifle can only fire while scoped in. He shots deal slightly less damage than Widowmaker's, but she can hold down the button to charge them up and allowing them to pierce through targets (fully charged = shot does full damage to all targets after the first).
Her ultimate is a "magic bullet" kind of ability, with a fast moving projectile she can control like Junkrat's tire. The bullet cannot be destroyed, but it can be blocked. The point of her ult would be to eliminate key targets hiding behind enemy lines or destroy teleporters.

this has more to do with ping advantage than anything else, honestly. if I'm playing on west coast servers I can never do anything before the stun runs out, but if I'm on east coast or central servers I can usually hit an ability or something before I'm dead. same goes for roadhog hooks.

She's coming from spawn in that webm. I doubt she killed anyone on her way. On the point, she does 3% of someone's health, 7% of someone's health, and then less than 1% of someone's health with her useless long range spray before Junkrat kills them all.
Then she drops ult even before the Mercy rezzed. And then she doesn't even get out of the way of her own mech explosion when there were many, many different hiding spots on either side. I honestly don't know how the blast didn't kill her.
It was a pretty awful play on just about every front.
