Honestly, this. The point of VR is to get immersed in the game world. If you can't stand up and walk around the world irl, even in a small 6x6 foot space, it's not as immersive. Sitting and looking around is cool, but fuck it, if you're dumping $ on gen 1 VR, you may as well go all the way and get the full experience.
I'm too poor to own any of them anyway, but I played Vive at gameshit and it was fun.

They are normal games not changed for VR and for VR to work you need to be sitting down in the game or in a small space (with the vive) The reason VR is mostly games like job sim and hoverjunkers is thats what works best with VR that and racing games/space sims

It's 60hz with frame interpolation. Meaning you're guaranteed artefacts on anything high motion. Also, theyre using motion controller technology from 2009, which is absolutely garbage and only tracks at 30hz with significant latency.

That means they can interpolate games running at 30fps into something relatively smooth.
