Why do so many people use super fancy mouses?
I use a mouse with two buttons and a mouse wheel and it works fine

Because "fancy" mice have better sensors and accuracy, often DPI switches, more ergonomical design, and a higher polling rate.
Plus theyre just inherently stutdier/better made im design

Well I don' know why people need super fancy mice but I definitly wouldn't want a mouse without the 2 extra buttons on the side ever again.
Even makes browsing the internet much more comfy.

You don't need a super fancy mouse, but 2 thumb buttons on the side are mandatory for me. Just a couple extra for binds that I've used for everthing from emotes, reloading, and cycling through production buildings to name a few.
