I'm guessing whoever drew the character concept for both thinks that nose is attractive. It doesn't work on 3d, however, or the modeler is trash.
Why do the faces of all new bioware characters look so greasy and oily? Does no one shower?

Have you seen the faces of their employees? A good chunk of them actually look like the monstrosities in OP's picture. A part of their shitty character visualization is intentional, the rest is just laziness and overall poor skill.
The nose needs to come out more instead of being rounded to a flat front. Looks like she grew up with her face pressed against a window. The lips and facial structure look Hispanic to me.
