PC can already get the cut content. But will consoles get it? You better hope so. The cut content has stuff like new NPCs and Unique items. The most recent thing I've noticed in my game is that during the Meridia's Beacon quest, there was an extra encounter with a warrior who dropped a unique sword and shield. It was pretty neat.
