It's even easier if you're sniping from ground level as most tracers rely on their blink for evasion way too much, so they run in straight lines. Very easy to hit.
Similarly junkrat trap on a health pack near where you're going to engage her. Hit her with the conc mine, she'll run for the nearest health, then grenade her at your leisure. Maybe stand there for a second like a Mei so she knows she's fucked.
Symmetra will ruin her day too. Place turrets in a really spread out pattern along the side routes. It's less effective against 200hp characters, but the constant small damage is extremely bad for tracer. Plus, if you can pressure her enough and get into weapon range, you're almost guaranteed to win.

According to the wiki its just the games way of letting you know you're doing your job on the team well and so you can see who is the most dangerous on the enemy team to better counter pick heroes. Nothing about charge rate or anything. I do notice he gets his ult pretty quickly, I find the same to be true with Mercy, but she is more more boring to play imo.

Proper positioning and micromanagement of backlines
Zenyatta can die from roadhog farting on him from a distance so he shouldn't be near the frontlines very often or by himself.
He can shred tanks with distortion and left click, heal teammates as long as they are in his sight, and weaken targets with distortion for his team to pick off.
Personally I like using him most on defense from a vantage point that lets me see the enemy and my teammates. Because his projectile has next to no drop off from afar it only makes him that much more efficient at support away from the front lines and a general annoyance to the other team.
On offense hes pretty decent too if your teammates can protect you from flankers and works even better with another support to back him up. I'd check out some of the Zenyatta guides on youtube if you want more in depth and some Ster_ gameplay to see how much of a dick he can be.
