It's not even confirmed for localization yet, sure it will come, but Vanillaware will probably show something more complete at TGS this year, like it was revealed at TGS 2015, then Atlus USA will confirm a localization some months after it.

It's probably safe to assume it'll release in 2017 sometime. At least I hope it won't release later than that.
If it releases in japan around that time maybe we'll get it later 2017/early 2018
