I don't think so. Most of the people who play on consoles have no interest in playing on PC. And a lot of PC players (myself included) don't see the point in buying a console for only 1-2 exclusives. They lose very little console sales doing this. By porting games to Windows 10 Microsoft gets to sell more games and keep all the profit form since they own both platforms.

I have an Xbone to play with friends. What I like is it has all the multiplats and games I care about (plus I owned a 360 so I can play all those games too). I know many are multiplats, but in addition to my love of the controller, I play:
