Is it worth it to buy the HD version of GTA when I already own

Is it worth it to buy the HD version of GTA when I already own it on PS3.
I thought the city was extremely disappointing in terms of size, does the HD version at least open up some casinos and etc to make it more interactive?

It increases traffic density and improves weather effects/car damage. It only adds very tiny new things and a lot to the soundtrack.

The current gen versions add some more radio stations/songs, first person mode, more animals running around on single player, and all of the shit they've added online.
PC is the best version, but you'll have to deal with the occasional hackers if you play on pub servers. I recommend joining a group and playing with them.
