Cancel the Sony conference and replace it with a SEGA conference with SEGA new console, SA3, Jet Set Radio 2, a new Nights, a new Ristar, and a new Phantasy Star
Make it about developers who actually work on games to release trailers of gameplay and talk about gameplay aspect
Ban celebrity appearances
Ban CEO or board members appearances
Ban "We love games and we do our best to bring our FEELINGS from our HEARTS to YOURS" trailers that waste 5 minutes pretty much masturbating the studio's ego over its own staff without contributing ANYTHING to ANYONE

E3 is not diverse or inclusive enough and has too much exploitive weeb crap. They need to finally get serious about de-privileging the conference and gaming by banning all jap companies demeaning to women and PoC, mandate at least 40% of all games must be made by fully certified diverse teams, and all keynotes must be done by a trans minority speaker.

Make it public, and not a press exclusive event. That alone will get some buzz, and a lot of people interested in the event because it's "E3". Make it the Comic Con of Video games.

Also mass beatings but I consider that to fall under mass shaming due to the personal belief that there is nothing more humiliating than being beaten within an inch of your life in public.
