Also there's Human Revolution, not like VtMB, but there are RPG elements (restricted dialogue like ME, various ways for completing a mission, OK story/writing). Though you should get the DC (pirate it or buy it, though if I were I'd pirate it and save for Mankind Divided), they fixed the horrible boss battles and many other things.
There is Vampire the Final Night mod, that change basically everything on the game. Never tried though.

More VTMB. The unofficial patch is still getting updated. There are a few mods out as well. Camarilla Edition is excellent, final nights is okay, antitribu was shit when it was first released but supposedly the most recent update made it okay. Haven't tried it lately.
