None of that is even close to true. Arcueid was never at the top, so much as she was just the strongest thing on Earth. Other Aristotles were always stronger. Also Ryougi was always stated to be weaker than an average servant. Even in the interview that said she was near the top, a citation in the interview said "Not including servants", as they were not factored into the power rankings to keep it simple.
If you know Dragonball Xenoverse, then you already know everything about Fate Grand/Order. The power levels still aren't apex level, but the hero travels to every time-period on Earth and saves time from going out of wack, by making sure the American Revolution happens or something.

What makes Tsukihime better than FSN is the atmosphere, you can feel the danger, the drama, the mindfuck. The music does a better job to add to the atmosphere than FSN. The characters interactions are so superior to the character interactions of FSN that it hurts, and the slice of life segments and Shirou's point of view is fucking annoying. FSN plot is too forced at times, some times they lead to plot holes,weak plot or unexplainable developments. Tsukihime's plot flows better, it's simple and credible.
Tsukihime's plot is also more mature, each resolution have more weight to them 1) Arc and Shiki didn't end up in good terms in Ciel's True End, 2) After every single of the Far Side of the Moon routes, Arc and Ciel will keep hunting Roa, 3) Akiha ends up as a doll in one ending, 4) Akiha and Kohaku die in another end, 5) Hisui's Good End wasn't precisely happy. In F/sn, only 2 characters couldn't be saved: 1) Ilya in UBW, 2) Saber and Ilya in HF.
Shirou never actually shows his resolve when it comes to deal with people who are prepared to kill,and the story does not have serious and mature Masters - aside from Zouken and the only time Shirou had to confront one of his friends, was in HF against Black Saber. Shiki, on the other hand, had to fight Arc, Ciel, Akiha, and Satsuki at some point - there's also the point when he realizes all what Kohaku has been doing. FSN is just too light and aimed at teenagers. That why the dark and cold as ice Tsukihime is superior.

Arcuied who is using Ultimate one is not 30% anymore; since the entire purpose of this abilitiy is to make up for her current disfunction by endlessly raising her ability to match her opponent. If the opponent is 41% of Arcuied's power, then Arcuied raises to 42% through the power of Gaia giving her backup to reach greater power.
If something requires 100% power to face it, Gaia will give her all the power she needs to face it, as she can reach 100% again with its power. She is normally limited, but thanks to Ultimate one she can overcome her limitations and reach her real power again if its required, and maybe even more than her real power.
However gods within SE.RA.PH are exactly what they are stated to be on Earth, they are no longer below natural phenomenon, meaning that within the Mooncell, Amaterasu is exactly what she is believed to be on Earth, the Sun. She is literally the power of the Sun within there.

Actually I like how DEEN tried to put iconic CGs in the movie, Gil ripping her heart out is one, Shirou and Gilgamesh clashing in the final battle is another.
Something I hated about UBW were the liberties, first of all Miura changing stuff. Shirou flying against Gilgamesh is fucking stupid when in the VN it's said that he goes into melee and glues to Gilgamesh because otherwise he'd be dead since Gil will regain his composture, in UBW he flies back like three times and Gil keeps acting like an idiot anyways.
