Bloodborne is pretty damn good. It's the best PS4 exclusive for certain. Personally I prefer FO4 over it, but you can't compare the two because they're on different scales.

Brought a bunch of unique story telling techniques to the table and did them all very well. Better than Dark Souls 2, even. The way you could stack insight to see through illusions or see hidden bits of info was cool. The story itself was also really interesting. Once you learn all there is to learn about the story in the game though, there's nothing to play for really. It's just not that kind of fun.

Obviously Bloodborne is full of cosmic horror and gothic horror, but there's also a ton of Chinese mythology in there.
