My studio is looking to hire an entry level production/design consultant, essentially an Ideas Guy. The position is remote but requires someone who has a lot of great video game ideas.

Toaster Flight Sim. Toasters run on bread as fuel, different toasters have better fuel effenciency, explore giant houses in a sort of pikmin type collectathon to get to different homes.
Not good enough? Alright, how about something more traditional like a metroidvania. Everybody loves those. Except make the MC a skeleton pirate who can gather bones from bosses to transform into new forms to explore and fight.
