I imagine that they might have a VR game in development, Kadowaka has expressed interest in this, and sony had previously listed FR as being a potential developer on their vr system
They could do a bloodborne 2, or an IP similar to it through another publisher (similar in effect to the demons souls - dark souls transition) although I feel sony will try to get another exclusive, and probably will, Miyazaki's involvement though is questionable
They have a chance of returning to armored core type games, Miyazaki has expressed interest in leaving the souls likes alone for a while

I hope they don't do another Armored Core, the games' qualities where a drastic drop off from the DS / DaS / BB franchises. The gameplay was clunkier, intuitive, and blander than what it should have been - doing another one would only play into a niche market losing the wider, global one they've forged in the with in the past ten years. It wouldn't make financial sense to do another Armored Core
