I'd say play them in order, 1-6 and SF 1-3.
Playing them out of order just makes the worse ones a bit of a slog when you have to go back to them after playing the better ones.
The general consensus is that 3 and 6 are the best, and 1 and 4 are the worst (1 for lack of content and the maps being all fucked, 4 being the black sheep of the series), and 2 is considered the worst among the Star Forces.
But by playing them in order, you can get a better appreciation for how good the better ones are and how comparably bad the worse ones are.

Then he areagrabs.
Then he maglines again but to attract. However maglines are only placed in enemy rows, so it doesn't overwrite the repel magpanel in his stolen area.
Then he sacrifices the area he stole.
Protoman enters the center row and is stuck from being forcibly repelled/attracted ad infinitum while the eye fucks his shit sideways.
The only thing I don't get is why the area sacrifice chip. As far as I knew, it boosted the next damage chip you used. Does the eye's laser somehow count despite you placing the eye first?
