What's the general consensus on Blade & Soul. Yay or nay? How does it compare to Tree of Savior?

I got bored of BnS around level 42, and got bored of ToS right after the tutorial boss fight. ToS is clunky as all hell and I just cant enjoy it. Might be because I never played Ragnarok Online when it was a thing.

If you did not start BnS at release you are fucked.
I do not mind the usual korean mmorpg grind(had mulitple +15 characters in Tera through months long grinding) but if you want to proplerly gear up in BnS you have to do all of the 45 content which takes fucking forever. And by the time you catch up to the initial lvl 50 weapon there will already be new content and oh shit, you completely forgot about upgrading all your accessories from Infernal to Siren. Accessories are just as expensive as the weapon so you basically end up in months long grinding until you have the stats to comfortably do true endgame pve so you can start the grind for bis gear.
PvP was really fun though, few classes were complete bullshit like Summoners or FMs but all in all still fun.
The huge grind at lvl 50 requiring you to do all the 45 pve content to properly gear up steered me away from BnS. PvP alone is not profitable enough.

Last time I played was in February but yea, KFM one of the classes which can deal well with everything. Requires the most skill though, 3RF combo requires at least sub 60 ping for you to perfectly animation cancel but once you have that down you will be shitting on everybody until plat. Look up 3RF combo on youtube and train on some mobs.
since i am mostly a single player gamer there is little that mmos give me that is better than single player games, tried blade and soul and black desert with my friends and none of them made us stay after we hit level cap and got good gear.
the only mmo that ive played a lot of is mu online, goat mmo with a lot of events and at least when i played a good community.
that said, i guess blade and soul is nice, the story was maybe interesting for five minutes until i got tired of the rat guy that makes you go to caves to learn shit you already know and the pvp is cool i guess.

Don't be an idiot. Whoever handled the game is retarded and it becomes unplayable with more than 20 players on screen. When you have 2 guilds going at it trying to precast spells and fight back the top PvP class becomes summoner just because their pet attacks at full speed while everyone else is fighting to move their character at less than 3 frames per second.
