Well, since GioGio is a vidya character now, G.E.R. would wreck Flash's shit. As a Speed Force conduit, GER probably couldn't ever reduce his speed to 0, but he COULD reduce his POSITION to 0. As the Flash draws on the Speed Force, his kinetic energy increases to impossible levels, but because he's constantly moving this energy is being dissipated all around him. If, however, he were suddenly trapped at "point zero", that energy would be trapped with him. With nowhere else to go, he would probably just explode with an apocalyptic amount of energy. What's more, dying by GER traps you in a permanent loop of dying and returning to the moment of death, so Flash could continue to explode, forever, and a new star would be formed that would never go out because it's being powered by the infinite deaths of goddamned Barry fucking Allen.

Which is completely and utterly ridiculous since the Green Lantern is super strong, but above all, also protected by the ring itself. And the thing the ring protects the most, is its own position on the bearer.
It's considered an extraordinary feat by Superman to snatch the ring off of a lantern because you aren't supposed to be able to do that. But Deathstroke just did it. And he killed the Flash. And he beat the entire fucking Justice League. In one and the same battle. Because why the fuck not?

It's a little hard to understand, mostly because of the way it's portrayed, but basically, it sees up to ten seconds in the future, the user can then skip to any point in time within the next ten seconds and he can position himself freely. What he skipped skips for everyone, and anything that happened in that time didn't actually happen.
So for example, lets say he sees someone is going to shoot him in five seconds, he can skip to a point in time when the bullet already went through him, and because he is skipping over the bullet ever hitting him he won't have the wound from the bullet.
