In-game version is probably one of the best if not THE best minigame in singleplayer games.
It's unbalanced as fugg (because the whole game is build around the idea of player collecting card over time) but with some balance tweaks and deck building limits it could be very fun.
PLayed it live as well - once again - it's fun.

Dice Poker in the first game was great. In the Witcher 2 they fucked it up with shitty physics and low payouts.
