NISA haven't been involved with localisations for like four games now.
The localisations have still been pretty awful though, so don't get your hopes up. There's less terrible rewritten dialogue, but now there are loads of technical fuckups like text spilling out of boxes or untranslated lines which crash the game when it tries to display them. It's possible they got their shit together and Sophie is fine, but I'm not confident.

They may incompetent, but their job only involves text translation, all of the insertion and coding lies with Gust. Maybe they didn't translate that specific instance of text, but who knows what the QA process involves.
