Xbone doesn't allow files like that though, UWP or not. The app would work, but it's have to come preloaded with games built in, which M$ can't allow because ROMs are illegal. And there's no way to downalod them since Edge will enver support downloads, and USBs only allow music and mive files.

I don't think either of you have seen what they did with the new dashboard update. It's basically running on Windows 10. It even has the W10 store and you can play games meant for W10 ONLY.
