Dialogue wheel.
Really bad dialogue with choices that don't matter.
Everything choice is an inadvertent agreement or sarcasm.
Broken speech checks, no skill checks.
No traits.
Shitty perk/level system.
Terrible factions.
Botched weapon customization.
Retarded weapon placement.
Pipe weapons are bade useless by starting pistol and laser musket you get early on.
No requirements need to be met for using weapons or power armor.
Power armor and fusion cores are thrown around like candy.

It's a 6/10 as a standalone and a 4/10 as a sequel.

Very little weapon variety.
250 of the 300 locations are dead ends with raiders, ghouls, or super mutants. Also shit loot that doesn't reward you for exploring the place.
Retarded bobbleheads and magazines.
Boring quests, the majority of which are fetch quests.
Railroaded gameplay. You are a concerned parent, and can't be too evil. The game won't allow it. You can't kill certain NPCs. If you're too evil the game breaks.
Can kill Shaun when you first get to the institute but the game breaks and you have to reload.
Stupid encounters like watching a guy fight his syth copy. No explanation options available in dialogue options.
Whatever the outcome, nothing comes of it The survivor just walks off.
Deathclaws are an absolute joke because of how stupidly OP you can become so very early on.
