Literally letting a manipulative whore who exploited the naivete of an honorable ancient being in order to kill people who called her a doo-doo head when she was a little girl and ultimately lead him to his demise by the hands of his best friend not only get away with it but get a good outcome. Letting Dettlaff kill her is the best ending.

Yea but I'm mainly keeping in mind ways I can fuck over Nilfgaard in this playthrough. Roche selling the North to Nilfgaard is pretty low honestly and Hjalmar is a more charismatic leader who will take the fight to them. Plus Hjalmar is more representative of Skellige values while Cerys is going to try to civilize place that doesn't want to be civilized.
