I played it so I could be a walking tank with a drill, but there's enough gas at a time for all of 5 seconds. Otherwise it turns into a bludgeoning instrument

1 and 2 are pretty equal for me.
1 I think had a better and more diverse setting, decent plot, and it was your first experience of rapture.
2 improved on the core gameplay such as combat and hacking but its setting felt a bit more dull
