Personally I think Ultimate Ninja 2 and Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations are the best games from their own series'.
After NUN2, the Ultimate Ninja games pick up really annoying mechanics for activating Jutsus, and NUNS G has the most cinematic story mode in the Storm series.
