I got the original gifted to me by a buddy a while back, but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet.
I read in the Definitive edition that you get a "dash" of some sort, which was enough for me to throw 5 euros after it

They put extra 30 minutes of content to the game in place where one skill cell was.
2 new abilities, backtrack support and I guess that's it.
You can completly skip new content and you loose nothing(except life cells, energy cells and skill cells and abilities but you can finish game without them).
I expected more story or better story (I know we have Naru orgins but I care more about Nibel itself).
Still good game though, trying to get unhinged (fucking insta-kill lasers) .

I just go for triple jump as soon possible and leave it at that, don't see the point in maxing out since the last upgrade is just damage reduction which won't help against any of those wonderful instakills later on

I love this game, probably because I didn't really know what to expect first time I played it but the way it controls combined with the aesthetic is fantastic and surprisingly I've appreciated it more playing it the second time.
I think I downloaded it last month or so
