DS3 Menu music is great for how far it goes. The chord progression is very satisfying with that choir sound that everyone uses where its just the composer trying to reference the Verdi Dies Irae.
But I totally forgot how awesome the DS2 menu was, and it is much more appropriate for a main menu, particularly a game like Dark Souls.
It is a shame that the rest of the game's theme wasn't nearly as fitting as the main menu was.

I haven't heard this theme in so long, reminds me of the days when the Metroid Prime 3 Preview Channel was still a thing, I was so excited for this game back then.
