>gorgeous view ahead
Who else instantly came buckets at this moment?
I did.
>>340382204
is that gorgeous view message still there? i remember giving it the 3,000 commendation, a downvote for being such a stupid fucking faggot sissy pussy ass bitch message nigger
>>340382204
yeah it's an incredible scene, really love seeing locations in a distance and actually be able to explore it fully.

Someone hasn't played Bloodborne......
Besides the fact many assets are ripped straight from Bloodborne, most of Bloodborne revolves around a sprawling city with a layout and design that rivals, if not beats, the original Dark Souls game
I still don't understand how people can't see that Bloodborne is the next evolution within the Souls series. Playing Dark Souls 3 after Bloodborne feels stale and broken--literally every glaring flaw, from.....

>Weapons
>Dodging
>Turtling
>Duels
>Bosses
>'Backstabbing'
>Parrying
>Level design
>Aesthetics
>Animations
Is just done better
About the only things I can complain about is healing, fast travel, and weapon availability, especially in regards to the DLC

I'm sure several hundred people have placed that message there, myself included.

>ice cubes
Kinky
This just seemed like a cheap Caimhurst to me desu.
That's Dark Souls 3's biggest problem, it's just a complete rehash of all the older games and has no identity of it's own. Even Dark Souls 2 was identified as being the super shit game of the series.

>muh BB
>muh DeS
Let it go, kid.

>yeah it's an incredible scene, really love seeing locations in a distance and actually be able to explore it fully.
Yeah that's one thing I especially love about it. People complain that it's too linear a game (to which I somewhat agree), but it still is very much open world.
>>340382838
Haven't played BB yet, but I intend to once I've had my fill of DS3. Should I download (buy) the DLC before I start?
>>340382323
>ice cubes
fuck i'm crying here
>>340383067
>has no identity of it's own
I see it as being the satisfying closing chapter of the Souls series, depending on which ending you get. It's also by far the prettiest and has the best OST (at least among Dark Souls games. Can't speak for BB yet as I've not played it)
>>340383239
Yes. Im telling you bloodbornes dlc makes it the best game ive ever played
>>340382204
Irithyll was great on my first run. After that its just tedious because all the enemies and their placements suck so much dick, not to mention its basically a straight linear path to the boss
>>340382204
Painted World > Irithyll > Eleum Loyce
>>340383239
buy the GOTY edition
start the dlc at 70-ish level

i dont want to call you a pcuck
my dear pc friend
>>340383239
Yes
I'm not sure how they handle the DLC with other players, but the last thing you want to do is isolate yourself because you don't have the DLC.
The one thing about the DLC though is that it's almost required to play late-game--literally the first few enemies in it will fuck you up.
I started the DLC about two-thirds of the way through the main game, and I swear it took nearly a week to get to the first boss, and nearly two weeks to beat him, mind I was level fucking 70 when I finally beat him.
But mind, it was probably one of the hardest, most satisfying boss fights in the game, and in my personal top 10. It really is a glorious expansion of the game--such a shame that you get so many awesome weapons in what is essentially the end-game.

Alright fuck it, I'll get the GOTY edition and give the base game I haven't opened yet to my brother as a present.
>>340384253
This. Bloodborne's soundtrack is far more memorable than the vast majority of DaS3's material
>>340384146
They're right though, and I'm the furthest thing from a Sony fanboy. I acknowledge the game would be infinitely better at 60fps/on my 4K monitor, but I enjoyed it far more than I did DaS3 regardless of the technical limitations.

>butelka estusa
>>340383980
holy fuck i forgot they still have to make dlc i dont know what im going to do i finished it before the assraped poise and havn't played it since,
>>340383538
The End of Fire I think is the best ending in Souls, period (the good ending in DeS is close though). It just feels like the conclusion the whole series has been setting up for. It's thematically and tonally consistent with most of what the DaS 1 and 2 set up, except now it's really, truly over, and all that's left is for you to literally turn out the lights when you leave. It's great.

>that bit when you can still run around for few seconds in complete darkness after the cutscene
>'Ashen one, can you still hear my voice?'
Shit gave me PTSD.
