I haven't played tropical freeze.
The south park game was just... alright

Probably Mario Maker even though I don't personally enjoy it. In their history they've released more GOTY worthy titles than any other single company but the last generation has been underwhelming for sure. I think we'll see a rebirth of their creativity with the NX.
I can tell you the new Zelda is going to be the next one as its confirmed to finally lay the Ocarina of Time formula to rest. It's a good formula, but they've overused it and the series needs the new life.
