Wasn't great but Spec Ops was basically 'Little Things: The Game'
eg. as the game progresses, Walker loses is trigger discipline and his battle dialogue, melee animations and posture all degrade over the course of the game

First time through i didn't notice half the shit they put in there to make you feel subconsciously like you were losing it. I just remember the game getting progressively darker. That game had a solid level of subtlety for something with COD-brown cover art.
