this, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream although lacking the anime waifuism, does have the same sort of surreal nightmare feel and even has a similar transformation of a human into an abomination. Unfortunately there are not many games with the same sort of abstract horror. The amin things I can recommend you if you like saya (not all are video games) are

Higurashi is a fantastic VN if you enjoy psychological and horror with mystery mixed in there.
Kara no Shoujo is also a mystery but has highly disturbing scenes. Worth a playthrough.
