Guessing based only on the descriptions, I'd say either Crown of Glory or Hand of the Dead.
Crown of Glory sounds like it might increase (rare) item drop rates or something, and Hand of the Dead sounds like it's just a straight 1-up.
But I've never played the game, so what do I know?

You've got a mask that deals in luck and an item related to dragons, but you think the crown is what gives you more loot? The eye is the one that is (going to) grant more item drops, while the mask will give you extra enemies to fight/recruit from.

With lawyers and detectives, it's not enough to know somebody's lying. You have to prove it. They probably know people are lying a lot, but just can't do much about it.
Gamblers would really profit, though.
