Reaper is a genuinely fun class to play in Overwatch, and everything he does is so over-the-top, you can't not think it's ridiculously funny.
The writing gets increasingly comedic as the game goes on, ending with a scene straight out of some low budget adult swim animation.
He's so uncharacteristically edgy compared to every other villain in the series but because BBS is darker than the other games it works. Plus his voice acting was great.

Everytime i get PotG with him, i write something about edges or similar stupid edgy shit. I know it's stupid, but he is just so funny.
He's too badass for me to hate him
Not sure if Edgy is the best word, but yeah Kratos is one of the most entertaining character's I've ever played.
Yeah, it's amusing how over the top he is on edgyness.
Also helps that he's a really fun character to play.
