There is a big fucking difference between stand up comedy, comedic acting (what she does in Archer) and comedic hosting.
Aisha is a terrible host in our eyes, but for Ubisoft, she is fine. That is mostly because as a host, you are there to help sell the product the company has put you there to announce, so she can't be like Joel Mchale during the Battle Tag Demo, where he just didn't gave a fuck and made fun of the random attractive models storming the stage armed with zap guns, pretending they are shooting each other, which is bad for Ubi, because it makes their product look bad. Aisha doesn't do that, so she gets a pass.
Plus, the material they give her is awful, so I don't blame her.
