First of all what you want to do is memorize every single health pickup in maps, this will help you immensely.
Aiming comes with time, so don't worry about it, soon you'll just feel exactly how many shurikens you need before the charge gibs the enemy.
The ultimate is actually a bit tricky, it's generally worth it just to use for guaranteed 2 - 3 kills as it recharges very fast, I made the mistake of holding it for that 'opportune moment' but it meant that I sometimes only unleashed it once in a game. Of course, if you have it charged up and you know you can get the drop on the enemy team then you save it. Use as the situation desires.
General rule of thumb: Double tap for 'normal' heroes, tap and charge to kill for tracer/zenyatta. Sword also goes through Reins shield.
Also, get as much weeb ninja Nippon strong music in a playlist as you can, Onimusha, Way of the Samurai, Shogun 1/2, Ninja slayer, etc etc. This will make your warrior spirit burn.

Patience is a virtue. Learn when to left click and when to right click. Jump more. Jump unpredictably. Throw in wallclimbs against projectile users and people who don't look up. Abuse the flank. Wall climbing is a great tool in fights as well, just as this anon mentioned.
My favorite trick is to climb+use double jump to 'hover' for a second or two above a doorway if I know I'm being followed, no one ever looks up when they pass a doorway, leading to you safely dropping behind them for easy hits.

If anything I think she needs some small buffs. Her Pulse Bomb isn't strong enough to kill big guys like Roadhog even if you stick him which is kind of bull based on the range of it if it doesn't stick, and it might just be the heat of the battle frustrations, but her reload feels painfully slow at points.

One thing I've noticed about this game is that outside of Zenyatta and Symmetra, I have seen people bitch about every single character in the game in some way. While there are a few things that are legitimately OP, stop being a bitch and switch out to a character that can actually do something or stop playing with pubs that get slaughtered every five seconds giving those characters a chance to actively be a problem.

She's the best Rein counter because her slow orbs and lasers go through his shield (I've killed so many who don't realise this it's hilarious), and her teleporter can save matches. In general, she can destroy 4 of the 5 tanks just by circling them and holding down her weapon which increases in strength as she stays connected.
She's a lot more situational and only really good when defending, but she's not useless. Her only real problem is that her hard counter of Winston obliterates her more than any other counter in the game, and a couple of others like Mei and Junkrat can also mess her up almost by accident.

Definitely not, you just need to learn a few things about her first.
Most importantly, don't stack too many turrets, I go for 2 at most.
Don't use your turrets as damage dealers, use them as slowers and distractions, if you're making a turret trap room, don't stack them in one place, put them in different places in the room to distract the enemy while you sit and M1 them.
Symmetra's DPS is crazy once it charges so as long as you can distract them while you charge it for a second or two, you will win most fights.
Also, put down turrets on the ground if you're running from someone to slow them down.
She's hard countered by Winston.

I'm telling you, Zaryas die like flies to Symmetra.
Other tanks have escapes, Winston can jump, Reinhart can rush or shield, D.va can even fly.
Zarya is the only one without an escape mechanism, so if she drops her shield and you circle-strafe her (maybe with some jumping for good measure) it's an easy kill every time because Symettra's LMB increases damage the longer it hits.

Reinhardt eats all her pistol shots from virtually any range. In general, Tanks are very vulnerable to offensive heroes due to lacking the utilities they have. Tracer has blink, Genji has double jump and deflect nullifies melee damage, McCree has his "I win" combo, Soldier has very good sustained DPS and fights best at mid-range, and Reaper is a tank-buster. You typically don't want to fight any of these heroes unless they burned their cooldowns. Roadhog does the best out of all the tanks, but he doesn't have hook ready or misses it, bad times lie ahead.
