captain america civil war reignited my eternal love for spidey and i read all of ultimate spider-man because of that
i tried playing this game but i've played it so many damn times it's just not as fun
This game really captured the essence of the comic books for me. It was colorful, immature, and fun as fuck. We will never get another spidey game with so much love into it.

Easy game until you get to that chase where you control Venom (forgot who your target was) and it suddenly becomes a nightmare. Then it goes right back to easy. Great experience though.

Is the game really that great? I'm a huge fan of Spider-Man and am currently reading through the Amazing Spider-man series but the fact that the game forced you to do those shitty side missions to progress. I honestly couldn't get past the first hour of the game as soon as I realized that they forced you into it. I might get back into it but I really get annoyed by games that do this. Also is the what version is best and the keyboard controls were kinda weird but I'm not sure if they are PC specific since the problems seemed like they just the fault of an odd way of controlling your character than the PC controls specifically

The way ultimate started relying on shock value was really cheap.
You can really tell writers don't have good ideas when they have to start killing off characters or make retarded twists.
