ITT: Optional bosses you're too much of a pussy to defeat

This guy, only soulsborne boss that has made me feel like this, i've beaten him before but i'll try to avoid fighting him as much as possible.
I still haven't beaten that boss in NG+ and so on. barely made it in NG
the fact that i have to traverse the snowy blinded area over and over while being pummeled by unicorns is already overkill

fuck man, i'm the OP. I've never beaten 2kat. I would say go as light as you can for the rolls, because tanking those fucking claws isn't an option.

That's an impossible request. I've beaten every single boss in every souls game except those furious feline fucks.
Lud and Zallen aren't even that hard, it's just that every try sends you through the single most difficult area in the "Soulsborne" series, and it's long as fuck. The only thing that makes that walk tolerable is killing out the reindeer, and that takes goddamn forever.
I first beat Lud and Zallen as some level 200 bastard using the red iron easywinblade buffed with flame weapon. From there, you just kill one cat, then make sure you give no quarter to the second to prevent the healing. Rolling is a must. It helps to practice on the visible version of the invisible single cat.

I did it to speed up the victory because I was tired of trudging through that long ass area. I later went through with a caestus guy (not as brutal as it may sound thanks to DS2 caesti). If I were to bother with that area on more runs, I would probably eventually consider that boss to be easier than one or more other DS2 bosses.
So many people think Lud and Zallen are the hardest because they faced them the minimal amount of times to beat them once or give up without beating them. The area wears at your incentive to try them again. Most bosses that I and others consider ranking in difficulty have been fought several times, but Lud and Zallen are not commonly fought again because one remembers the boss and the area as a whole and often says "fuck that."

I would probably defeat 2 cats if they were close to a bonfire.

What weapon are you using? You want to break his legs and crit him, preferably with clawmark runes. Queen Yarhnam is a really good bossfight, so it's worth it.

I beat him when the game came out by doing that strategy where you can bait out his most vulnerable attack, then run away when he does the flame breath. But never felt like doing it again for subsequent playthroughs.
