I got my Overwatch account banned yesterday gor "hacking". The worst part is that I've never hacked in my fucking life; had a battle.net account for years, and have been playing Blizzard games since 1995. I have no idea how it happened. They just sent me an email which says, basically, they reserve the right to ban any account for any reason, as per their EULA. You get one chance at an appeal, and once that's done that's it. I sent a ticket saying that it was complete bullshit and that I requested a review and that they needed to provide evidence I was doing anything wrong - they replied and said "as per our EULA, blah blah, nope. No review." That's it. Gone. 80 bucks for ine week and I cant do a fucking thing about it.
Fucking garbage. Blizzard are huge cunts, and I'm boycotting everything they do from now on. I still can't believe it happened.

They literally wrote back and said they reserve the right to ban accounts for basically any reason under their EULA, and that I had one review and that was it. No recourse. Nothing. Flat out banned. It's not about defending him. It's about informing others that anti-cheat systems are not flawless and have a long history of false positives. Everyone accepts their detection accuracy being 100% if it gives out a ban.
