Its about a pair of scientists who work for a company that provide false memories to people who are on their death beds. Some old dude who is really sick wants to go to the moon so they must 'time travel' through his memories to when he was a kid and alter bits of his life to get him to be an astronaut so he can finally fulfill his wish. The big part of the story is that he doesn't even know why he wants to go to the moon, but its all revealed as you explore his past. Trust me, its feel city.

Nope, but Super(3ds) has a lot of references and callbacks to the all the earlier games (except the Wiiware ones), so you'll enjoy Super a lot more if you've played at least one of the earlier games
