Is there any game console, can not connect to the internet in any way?
a console that has nothing Internet, and that all games can only be played from a single console
and the multiplayer is only from a single console, and without any internet
and the console (if retro) has no peripheral to the Internet.

There are several from the 80s and a few from the 90s. Weird thing is, several popular systems from the 90s had some niche rudimentary form of online connectivity such as Sega Genesis with SegaNet, and I think PS1 and Saturn had online adapters too.

Game libraries didnt begin seriously catering to online until 6th gen, and even then all of the gamecube's online games allowed for splitscreen multiplayer
And while DLC certainly was a thing back then, cancerous DLC practices didnt become a thing until 7th gen
