Anyone else notice how fast legitimately good games are dying these days?

sf4 had less than that and it was easy to find matches not to mention sfv also has crossplay

>street fighter V
>good
i do enjoy the butts and tits, but its just a weak fighting game now.
also people know that it will have like 5 versions with more content, why waste time on this one.
If it was a FPS I would be worried, but it's a fucking fighting game, it's 1vs1, as long as there is at least one other person playing you should still find matches.

you are correct in calling SFV a weak fighting game
but new versions aren't going to happen beyond free updates to the main game
Aside from a handful of MMOs does anyone actually have any examples of this happening?
It doesn't seem to be any worse than it normally is despite OP's suggestion.

Fighting games never last on PC no matter how much PC fags try and shill for them
>>340139792
It's not much better for SFV on PS4 judging by how long I have to wait to find a match.

SFV was more fucking barebones than even Overwatch at launch.
It really should have ran with the KI/ASSFAGGOTS model and had Ryu free with purchasable characters from the get go. The fact they still don't have their zenny(cash) shop operational over three months from release is also a fucking joke.
>SFV was supposed to be the next great stride in Street Fighter franchise
>Join a match
>play a gold or platinum character
>about to win
>they disconnect
Every fucking time, I couldn't get rid of the game fast enough. I've been playing SF since SF2 and this will be my last SF game
Street Fighter V didn't have the momentum at launch.
Capcom fucked up, much like how Microsoft fucked up with the Xbox One, and no matter how much better they make it that first impression will always haunt them.

Same here. I just wish all my old fighting favorites weren't IPs held hostage by retarded or bankrupt companies.
