Xillia 1 kind of suffered on the villian front. Gaius is a good king, he does what is right for his people. Jude thinks he might maybe have a chance to let everyone live in harmony and that makes Gaius the antagonist to his story, but he isn't a super-ideologically charged villain like most Tales final bosses.
It still bothers me just a little bit that the X1 crew advocates living in harmony between spirits and the two nations, but are running around with Spyrix cellphones a year later. It's best not to dwell on the plot of X2 too much.

Rampage killers has the closest example i can see: william unek, who has 2 seperate incidents where it was 3 years apart, but he nailed 21 and 37 people, way more then 2. maybe you could get your own category and go for first name on the "attempted serial killers" list, but it would be fucking aggravating if they named it "failed serial killers".
Its also cool as fuck to note that Unek shows up on the spree killing highscore list....twice. 3rd and 13th place. how crazy is that. thats bragging rights right there
